Schou Earns AWMA® Designation
Steve Schou, vice president, business development and wealth advisor, for Rockford Bank & Trust Wealth Management recently completed coursework through The College of Financial Planning, earning the Accredited Wealth Management AdvisorSM or AWMA® professional designation. Schou is equipped to make comprehensive recommendations to meet a broad range of financial goals and provide knowledgeable advice on the best assets and strategist to meet client’s total financial needs.
Individuals who hold the AWMA® designation have completed a course of study encompassing wealth strategies, equity-based compensation plans, tax reduction alternatives, and asset protection alternatives. Additionally, individuals must pass an end-of-course examination that tests their ability to synthesize complex concepts and apply theoretical concepts to real-life situations.
