New and Improved Mobile App!
On Thursday, September 6, 2018, Rockford Bank & Trust is introducing a new and improved personal mobile banking app that offers a refreshed look with familiar navigation and services, including mobile check deposit, Popmoney®, bill pay, balance and transaction history, transfer funds, and ATM / branch locator.
For existing Touchbanking Users, please follow the next steps:
To ensure a smooth transition over the next few weeks, simply tap “Update Now” when you receive a message in Touchbanking prompting you to update the current app. Then, follow the steps to install it on your smartphone. Once you’ve set up your new app, we recommend uninstalling the old app from your smartphone as you will no longer be able to access your Rockford Bank & Trust account in Touchbanking.
To verify your identity in the new app, you will be asked to log in with your Personal Online Banking user ID and password. Forgot your user ID and/or password? Contact an Account Executive at 815.489.2114 for assistance.
